Hugging Face is a platform where the machine learning community stores, shares and runs models, datasets and small applications. Public repositories sit alongside documentation and open-source libraries, so a model, the data behind it and a working demo can live in one place. Visitors browse by task or by modality, from text and image through video, audio and 3D, and can publish their own work under a personal profile. Everything is reachable from a web interface, an API or a command-line tool. Applications called Spaces run on hosted hardware, and a single unified inference API lets code call models served by outside providers with no service fees on top. Dedicated endpoints handle production deployment, and the open-source libraries published on the same site cover training, tokenizers, diffusion models, embeddings and agents. A free account includes a free CPU Basic Spaces tier. Pro costs $9 per month and adds private and public storage, a monthly allowance of inference credits, a larger ZeroGPU quota and early access to upcoming features. Team and Enterprise tiers are sold per user and add single sign-on, audit logs, resource groups and priority support for organizations.
