Gumloop is a web platform for building, sharing, and controlling AI agents that carry out work across a company's apps. When a site or tool has no API, the agent opens a browser and clicks, types, or uploads on its own, using saved logins and handling CAPTCHAs. Sessions are recorded, and a person can take over the live browser when a site needs a sign-in or an approval. The product is aimed at business teams, including go-to-market, marketing, support, finance, recruiting, and data groups, not only at engineers. One teammate builds an agent and other people use it in their own chats, which can run inside Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, or text messages. Owners decide who can edit, view, or only use an agent. Connected tools feed a shared knowledge base that both agents and people draw on, agents pause for human approval where needed, and administrators get usage, spend, and audit reporting. Pricing: the Pro plan starts at $37 per month and comes with a 14-day free trial, including unlimited agents and support for bringing your own API keys. Enterprise pricing is custom and adds options such as deployment in the customer's own cloud, SSO and SCIM, restrictions on which models teams can use, and audit logs.
