What it does

Superhuman is an AI tool for managing your inbox, building a team knowledge base and checking grammar and spelling. It has a free plan, and paid plans start at $12 per month.

Superhuman is a work suite built around an AI assistant called Go, alongside Mail, Docs, and Grammarly. Go runs as a web app and browser extension and works inside the apps and tabs you already use. As you type, it can underline suggested edits; you can also chat with it about what is on screen or ask it to run tasks. It connects to services such as Gmail, Outlook, Calendar, Slack, and, on higher plans, Jira, Linear, Asana, Confluence, Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Workday, and ServiceNow. The suite is aimed at individuals and teams who spend their day moving between email, documents, and web tools. Superhuman Mail brings several Gmail and Outlook accounts into one place, drafts replies in your voice, sorts important messages, and offers booking links for meetings. Its MCP connector lets Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI assistants read, draft, and send email; sends require your approval by default. Superhuman Docs is a shared document surface where AI can create briefs, tables, trackers, dashboards, and small workflows from prompts, and where teams can keep project and knowledge hubs. Grammarly adds writing suggestions. There is a free plan with basic inline suggestions, chat with tabs and apps, and shareable docs. Pro costs $12 per month ($15 when billed monthly) and adds customizable suggestions, cursor prompts, Email Assistant, connectors for Mail, Gmail, Calendar, Outlook, and Slack, and custom agents. Business costs $33 per month ($40 when billed monthly) and adds connectors for Jira, Linear, Asana, Confluence, and Zendesk plus more custom agents. Enterprise pricing is custom and adds Salesforce, HubSpot, Workday, ServiceNow, and admin and security controls. A limited free trial is available.
