Agencies and partners can also use it to build and manage agents for clients. Teams describe an agent’s role in written instructions and combine playbooks that adapt to a conversation with visual workflows that follow a set process. A knowledge base grounds answers in websites, documents, tables, and help articles, while integrations and API tools let the agent look up live data or act in systems such as CRM, help desk, commerce, and phone providers. Agents can be tested with conversation tests and simulations, published to a chat widget, phone number, SMS, or custom interface through the Conversations API, and reviewed afterward with transcripts, analytics, and evaluations. Developer access includes REST APIs, a CLI, MCP, and custom code. A free trial is available without a credit card. Paid use is billed on a usage basis, and the pricing page separates agency/partner and business options; businesses can choose self-serve or fully managed implementation. The platform runs on the web and exposes an API.
